Click Pay now below to complete your transaction now by credit/debit card. Please note that it may take a few moments for you to be transferred to our WorldPay payment portal. Once payment completes you will receive two emails - one confirming your registration (including a downloadable receipt), plus a WorldPay transaction notice for your records with the subject line 'WorldPay CARD transaction Confirmation.' 

 

EFT (Bank Transfer):

To pay by electronic funds/bank transfer select Pay by EFT. Please then email the SNOMED Events Team (events@snomed.org) to request that an invoice be raised by our Finance department, otherwise your registration will be cancelled. 

All fees paid for SNOMED International's events are subject to the following cancellation policy: 
  1. A refund of Fees will be granted if the cancellation is requested within 28 days of the start of the scheduled Event. Qualifying cancellations will receive a refund of their Fee, minus a 5% cancellation charge to cover applicable merchant fees charged to SNOMED International. Refunds will be processed through WorldPay via EventsAIR, using the same method as the original purchase. 
  2. Registrations canceled within 27 days of the start of the scheduled Event are irrevocable and any registration fees you have paid will not be refunded.
